Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the 33gbd platform — they form the legal basis of the agreement between you and us.
1 General Overview
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of 33gbd's website and all related services. These Terms form a legal agreement between 33gbd ("we", "our", "platform") and the user ("you", "member").
By registering on 33gbd, using an account, or accessing any service on the site, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any term, please refrain from using our platform.
Important: 33gbd is intended solely for individuals aged 21 years or older. Minors are strictly prohibited from using this platform.
33gbd reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page regularly.
2 Account Registration & Eligibility
The following conditions must be met to open an account on 33gbd:
- You must be 21 years of age or older. We may request a valid ID to verify your age.
- Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and funds may be forfeited.
- All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, contact details — must be truthful and accurate. Providing false information may result in account suspension or closure.
- It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Sharing this information with any third party is prohibited.
- Operating an account in someone else's name or on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
- 33gbd reserves the right to reject any application or close an existing account, with or without stating a reason.
Large withdrawals may be restricted until the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process is completed. This applies to all members for their protection.
3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
33gbd supports all major mobile banking and digital payment methods in Bangladesh. The details of our payment policy are outlined below:

3.1 Deposit Terms
- Deposits may only be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited.
- Once a deposit is completed, funds are generally added to your 33gbd account instantly. If any issue arises, please contact the support team.
- 33gbd does not charge any deposit fees. However, your payment provider may charge fees separately.
3.2 Withdrawal Terms
- Withdrawal requests may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Funds associated with an active bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for that bonus has been completed.
- 33gbd reserves the right to verify withdrawals in cases of suspicious transactions. Additional documents may be requested during this verification.
- If money laundering or fraud is suspected, we are obligated to notify the relevant authorities and suspend the account.
4 Bonus & Promotional Terms
The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions on 33gbd, unless stated otherwise on the specific offer page:
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000.
- Example 1: A deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.
- Example 2: A deposit of ৳8,000 or more earns the maximum bonus of ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳13,000.
- The wagering requirement on the bonus is 20x (on the bonus amount only).
- Example: For a ৳1,500 bonus, ৳30,000 in bets must be completed (৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000) before bonus winnings become withdrawable.
- The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
4.2 General Bonus Rules
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active on an account at the same time, unless specifically permitted in the promotion's terms.
- 33gbd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus, however bonuses currently in an active wagering process will not be cancelled.
- If a user engages in fraudulent activity to obtain a bonus, the bonus and all winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
- Real money winnings from a bonus may be capped at a specific amount — this will be stated in the individual bonus terms.
5 Betting & Gaming Rules
5.1 General Betting Terms
- Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled. 33gbd reserves the right to restore the correct outcome for any bet that was incorrectly settled due to a system error.
- If a technical error occurs in any game, all bets for that round will be considered void and stakes will be returned.
- 33gbd considers the results from game providers to be final. 33gbd bears no direct liability in this regard.
- Any attempt to manipulate a bet or game, use software, or gain an unfair advantage will result in account closure.
5.2 Sports Betting
- For sports bets, the official result of the event is final, unless stated otherwise in the specific market terms.
- If an event is abandoned, cancelled, or not completed within the specified timeframe, action will be taken in accordance with 33gbd's betting rules.
- If a bet is placed on clearly erroneous odds or a market, 33gbd reserves the right to correct or void that bet.
5.3 Casino Games
- All casino games are operated by third-party software providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, etc.), and their RNG (Random Number Generator) and outcomes are determined independently.
- In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game, the outcome of the active bet will be determined according to the game provider's server logs.
6 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 33gbd platform:
- Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
- Attempting to claim bonuses solely for the purpose of withdrawing them ("bonus hunting" or "bonus abuse").
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage.
- Harassing, threatening, or acting unfairly toward other users.
- Opening or operating multiple accounts.
- Impersonating any employee or representative of 33gbd.
- Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or disrupt the normal operation of the site.
- Accessing another person's account without their permission.
If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, 33gbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account without notice and to forfeit all deposited funds and winnings.
7 VIP & Loyalty Program
Regular 33gbd members can enjoy exclusive benefits through our VIP program. The program is divided into three tiers:

- If an account is closed due to a violation of the rules, VIP status and associated benefits will be forfeited.
8 Responsible Gaming Policy
